The Municipality Of Laak – Province Of Davao De Oro, Through The 2024 Budget-20% Development Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Two Hundred Eighty-three Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-eight Pesos And 79/100 (₱2,283,778.79) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Improvement Of Laak Public Market And Terminal, Pb-infra-pr No. 24-0963 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Laak – Province Of Davao De Oro Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
