The Municipality Of Kalayaan Through The Gad Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Sixty-eight Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (php 168,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Meals, Assorted Food Supplies And Materials Intended For Team Building Activities Of All Men And Women Employees Of The Municipality Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Kalayaan Now Invites Bids For Supply And Delivery Of Meals, Assorted Food Supplies And Materials Intended For Team Building Activities Of All Men And Women Employees Of The Municipality. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Seven (7) Calendar Days After Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
