The Municipality Of Kalayaan Through The 20% Development Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Seventy-seven Thousand Two Hundred Sixteen Pesos & 00/100 (php 377,216.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Fuel Intended For Mobilization Of Construction Of Materials For Water Supply. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Kalayaan Now Invites Bids For Supply And Delivery Of Fuel Intended For Mobilization Of Construction Of Materials For Water Supply. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Seven (7) Calendar Days After Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
