Description Republic Of The Philippines Municipality Of Kalayaan Province Of Palawan Bids And Awards Committee Invitation To Bid Public Bidding Supply And Delivery Of Assorted Supplies And Materials Intended For Power Supply Development Program In Krc 1. The Municipality Of Kalayaan Through The 20% Development Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Seventy-seven Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-four Pesos & 00/100 (php 277,424.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Assorted Supplies And Materials Intended For Power Supply Development Program In Krc. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Kalayaan Now Invites Bids For Supply And Delivery Of Assorted Supplies And Materials Intended For Power Supply Development Program In Krc. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days After Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
