The Municipality Of Jaro Through The General Fund (spa) Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Ninety-five Thousand Pesos (php495,000.00) Only. Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Breeder Female Carabao For The Municipality Of Jaro, Leyte Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Jaro Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Deliveryof The Goods Is Required By 30 Calendar Days Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
