The Municipality Of Jaro, Through The Supplemental Budget Number 01, Series Of 2024 Per Appropriation Ordinance No. 02 Series Of 2024, Approved By The Sangguniang Bayan, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (php5,500,000.00) Only, Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Installation Of Solar Lights At Barangay Malobago, Alahag, Pange, Batug, Sta. Cruz, Badiang, Sari-sari, Parasan, Palanog, Sagcahan And Buenavista, Jaro, Leyte. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.
