The Municipality, With Its Small Staff Complement, Has Maintained A Long-standing Contractual Relationship With A Planning Consultant To Fulfill The Land-use Expertise Required At The Local Government Level.  This Relationship Is Nearing Expiry, And As Such The Municipality Is Seeking To Engage A Consultant To Act In A Similar Capacity The Successful Applicant Shall Provide Professional Planning Consulting Services On A Retainer Basis For The Municipality, In Accordance With The Standard Terms And Conditions And Specifications Contained Herein.  Award Will Be Based On The Most Qualified Proponent Providing The Greatest Overall Benefit To The Municipality While Meeting The Requirements Of The Proposal Document, But The Proposal Selected, If Any, Will Not Necessarily Be The One Offering The Lowest Price. Pricing Is One Of The Factors In Determining The Final Ranking.
