The Municipality Of Governor Generoso, Through The Approved Budget From The 20% Lgdf – 2024 Mdc-execom Res. No. 4 Series Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Hundred Thirty Seven Thousand Pesos Only (php 637,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction / Fabrication Of 2m X 2m Modular Tent (20 Units) At Brgy. Poblacion, Governor Generoso, Davao Oriental. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Governor Generoso Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Seventy Five (75) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
