The Municipality Of Gen. Macarthur, Through The 2024 Lgu Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos Only (php 140,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Catering Services For The Conduct Of Various Agri-extension Activities For The Municipality Of Gen. Macarthur, Eastern Samar. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Gen. Macarthur Now Invites Bids For The Above-mentioned Procurement. Delivery Of Goods Is 10 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipts Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidders Is Contained In Bidding Documents, Particularly In Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The "government Procurement Reform Act". 4.
