Macarthur, Eastern Samar. 1. The Municipality Of Gen. Macarthur, Through The Ldrrm Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (php 1,500,000.00) Being The Approved Budget Of Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of River Flood Control With Length Of 68 Meters At Barangay Vigan, Gen. Macarthur, Eastern Samar. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Gen. Macarthur Now Invites The Above-mentioned Project. Completion Of Works Is Required 41 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipts Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In Bidding Documents, Particularly In Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The "government Procurement Reform Act". 4.
