Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Eastern Samar Municipality Of Gen.macarthur -o0o- Bids And Awards Committee Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Legislative Tracking System For The Use Of Office Of The Sangguniang Bayan, Gen. Macarthur, E. Samar 1. The Municipality Of Gen. Macarthur, Through The Lgu Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (php 200,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement And Installation Of Legislative Tracking System – E-record Management Information System. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Gen. Macarthur, Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Will Conduct The Bidding For The Abovementioned Procurement. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Ten (10) Calendar Days. The Prospective Bidders Must Have An Experience Of Having Completed At Least One (1) Contract That Is Similar To The Contract To Be Bid And Whose Value, Adjusted To Current Prices Using The Nso Consumer Price Indices, Must Be At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc To Be Bid, Within Five (5 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section 11 Instruction To Bidders. 3.bidding Will Be Conducted By The Municipality Of Gen.
