The Municipality Of Gen. Macarthur, Through The 2024 Lgu Funds Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (php 494,850.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Catering Services For The Conduct Of Various Health Related Activities For The Municipality Of Gen. Macarthur, Eastern Samar. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Gen. Macarthur Now Invites Bids For The Above-mentioned Procurement. Delivery Of Goods Is 15 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipts Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidders Is Contained In Bidding Documents, Particularly In Instruction To Bidders. 3.
