Public Procurement - Černíkovice - Apartment Building

The subject of this public contract is the construction modifications of an existing house with a care service. The apartment building was built as a two-storey building with apartments on the first floor accessible from the gallery. The building contained 7 residential units. As part of the change of use, the following construction modifications will be carried out: On the 1st floor, a new residential unit No. 8 will be built from the existing space for the caretaker. The door to room No. 123 and the window to room No. 124 will be demolished. These openings will then be bricked up. The internal partitions and installations in rooms No. 124 and 122 will be demolished. New brickwork will be made. The existing insulation system will be left, and a new contact insulation system will be installed on top of it. New partitions are designed. In the sanitary rooms, prefabricated curtain walls will be made for the location of installation hanging modules for hanging toilets. New plastic windows and entrance doors with insulating triple glazing will be installed in the building. New interior doors will be wooden. If the contracting authority refers to certain suppliers or products, or patents for inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks or designations of origin in the tender conditions, the contracting authority allows the use of other, qualitatively and technically equivalent solutions. The Selected Supplier Will Be Obliged To Respect The Fact That The Project Requires Funding From The State Environmental Fund (hereinafter referred to as "SFZP"), The New Green Savings Program, Apartment Buildings 2023+ And Will Be Obliged To Cooperate With The Contracting Authority, Primarily In The Area Of Project Promotion And Processing Of Documents Necessary For Project Administration Within The Framework Of The Conditions Of The Subsidy Provider.
