The Lgu- Dumarao, Capiz Through The Trust Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Pesos Only (p1,000,000.00 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Itb No. 2024-11-047cw. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu-dumarao, Capiz Now Invites Bids For Construction Of Nagdong Hanging Footbridge (phase 1) At Sitio Crossing Ramos, Brgy. Bungsuan, Dumarao, Capiz Project Duration Is 30 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Lgu- Dumarao, Capiz And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From 8:00 Am To 5:00 Pm. 5.
