Description Invitation To Bid For The Purchase Of Well-milled Rice For Use On Basura Baylo Bugas Program (rebidding) Goods2024-011 The Municipality Of Dumangas, Through The Swm, Basura Baylo Bugas Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (p 499,950.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Purchase Of Well-milled Rice For Use On Basura Baylo Bugas Program (rebidding). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Municipality Of Dumangas Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Thirty (30) Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
