Description Invitation To Bid Supply And Delivery Of Medicines Subject To Framework Agreement Reference No.: Gds-24-041 The Municipal Government Of Daraga, Using A Single-year Framework Agreement, Through The Municipal Annual Budget, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twelve Million One Hundred Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-seven Pesos And 90/100 (p12,100,737.90) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply & Delivery Medicines Subject To Framework Agreement With Project Ref. No. Gds-24-041. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Municipal Government Of Daraga, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Now Invites Bids For The Supply & Delivery Of Medicines Subject To Framework Agreement. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days After Issuance Of A Call-off. The Prospective Bidder Must Have Completed A Single Largest Contract That Is Similar To The Contract To Be Bid, And Whose Value, Adjusted To Current Prices Using The Philippine Statistics Authority (psa) Consumer Price Indices, Completed Within The Last Five Years And, Must Be At Least Twenty-five Percent (25%) Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Be Bid. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
