Description 1.the Municipality Of Dagami, Through The Annual Investment Plan 2023 (edf 2023) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Nine Hundred Seventy-six Thousand Four Hundred Five Pesos & 10/100 Only (4,976,405.10) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Legislative Building/aip2023(edf2023)-8000-000-3-1-23-000-000-007-dag-2024(001). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Dagami Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 180 C.d. Bidders Should Have Completed Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipts Of Bids A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
