Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Cebu Municipality Of Cordova Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Invitation To Bid The Municipality Of Cordova, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (php2,000,400.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) For The Procurement Of Garbage (solid Waste) Disposal (tipping Fee) Services For Municipality Of Cordova. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Municipality Of Cordova-bac Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of Garbage Disposal Services For Municipality Of Cordova. Delivery Of Goods/services Is Required Within Six (6) Months. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Six (6) Months From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
