Description 1.3. Coverage Of The Consulting Services 1.3.1. The Coverage Of The Consulting Services Is The Illegal Reclamation Within The Territorial Jurisdiction Of Lgu Compostela, With An Area Of More Or Less 26, 142 Square Meters. 1.3.2. The Consulting Company/firm Shall Be Able To Provide Technical And Legal Services To Lgu Compostela In Order To Comply With The Necessary Documentation As Required Under The Pra Admin Order No, 2021-01. 1.3.3. The Services Of The Consulting Company/firm Are Deemed Completed Once The Endorsement By The General Manager Of The Philippine Reclamation Authority As Authorized By The Pra Board Is Submitted To The Office Of The President Thru The Secretary Of The Department Of Environment And Natural Resources (s, Denr) For The Issuance Of A Certificate Of Land Title Or Special Patent As The Case Maybe, In Favor To Lgu Compostela Over A Piece Of Illegally Reclaimed Land Within Its Territorial Jurisdiction. 3. Scope Of The Services - The Specific Coverage Of The Undertaking Are As Follows: 3.1. Conduct Historical, Technical And Legal Research In Order To Provide Technical And Legal Advisory To Lgu Compostela Through The Municipal Mayor In Order For The Municipality To Comply The Pertinent Provisions Of The Pra Admin Order No. 2021-01; 3.2. Provide Liaising Services Including Administrative Support Staff To Be Based In Manila Between Lgu Compostela Through The Municipal Mayor And The Management Of The Philippine Reclamation Authority (pra) In Order For The Lgu Compostela To Expeditiously Comply With The Pertinent Provisions, Rules And Regulations Of Pra; And 3.3. Provide Legal And Technical Services As Required By The Management Of The Philippine Reclamation Authority (pra) In Order For The Lgu Compostela To Comply The Pertinent Provisions Of Pra Admin Order No. 2021-01 In Order To Secure The Necessary Approval By The Pra Board And Subsequent Endorsement By The General Manager, Pra To The Office Of The President Thru The Secretary Of The Department Of Environment And Natural Resources (s, Denr) For The Issuance Of A Certificate Of Land Title Or Special Patent As The Case Maybe To The 26, 142 Square Meters Of Illegally Reclaimed Land Within The Territorial Jurisdiction Of Lgu Compostela, Cebu. 4.
