Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Isabela Local Government Unit Of Benito Soliven Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Second Hand Backhoe The Municipal Government Of Benito Soliven, Through The 20% Economic Development Fund, Intend To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (p 2,500,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Second Hand Backhoe. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Municipal Government Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project With Specifications To Wit: Unit Model: Pc 200 Lc Engine : 6d951 Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
