Description Republic Of The Philippines Cordillera Administrative Region Province Of Kalinga B A L B A L A N Invitation To Bid For The Completion /upgrading/repair Of Buaya Bhs And Completion/upgrading/repair Of Tawang Bhs Balbalan, Kalinga The Local Government Unit Of Balbalan, Through The Hfep 2023 Approved By The Gaa Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Pesos (php 2, 000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc), To Payments Under The Contract For (1)completion /upgrading/repair Of Buaya Bhs Amounting To One Million Pesos (php 1,000,000.00) And (2)completion/upgrading/repair Of Tawang Bhs Balbalan, Kalinga Amounting To One Million Pesos ( Php 1,000,000.00). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected During Bid Opening. 1. The Local Government Unit Of Balbalan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works For The Completion /upgrading/repair Of Buaya Bhs Is Required For Eighty (80) Calendar Days And Completion Of The Works For The Completion /upgrading/repair Of Tawang Bhs Is Required For Ninety-six (96) Calendar Days . Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
