Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu Of Bagabag N Ow Invites Bids For The Road Opening Of Singian Ftmr, Sta. Delivery Of The Goods/services Is Required By Thirty-seven (37) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
