Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu Of Bagabag Now Invites Bids For The Construction Of Flood Control (purok 2), Bakir, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya (provision Of 33.0m Slope Protection (rubble Concrete).. Delivery Of The Goods/services Is Required By Thirty-two (32) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
