The Local Government Unit Of Bagabag Through Msef 2022, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Seven And 87/100 Pesos Only (₱ 1, 499,997.87) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Multi-purpose Building(phase 1) At Amballo North Elementary School (construction Of 15m X 21m-3 Span Multi-purpose Building (to Exclude: Plastering, Painting, Electrical And Bleachers). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu Of Bagabag N Ow Invites Bids For The Construction Of Multi-purpose Building (phase 1) At Amballo North Elementary School(construction Of 15m X 21m-3 Span Multi-purpose Building (to Exclude: Plastering, Painting, Electrical And Bleachers). Delivery Of The Goods/services Is Required By Seventy Five (75) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description ` Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
