Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Nueva Vizcaya Municipality Of Bagabag Invitation To Bid Purchase And Delivery Of Various Office Supplies 1. The Local Government Unit Of Bagabag Through Mooe Fund Of Respective Offices, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Seventeen Thousand One Hundred Eighty Four And 90/100 Pesos Only (₱917,184.90) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Purchase And Delivery Of Various Office Supplies For First Quarter. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu Of Bagabag Now Invites Bids For The Purchase And Delivery Of Various Office Supplies For First Quarter. Delivery Of The Goods/services Is Required By Ten (10) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
