The Lgu-bacacay, Albay, Through Ldf 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Million Six Hundred Eighty-five Thousand One Hundred Four Pesos & 95/100 (₽8,685,114.95) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Perimeter Fence/project No. 2024-022 At Bacacay Community College Compound, Barangay San Pedro, Bacacay, Albay. Bids Received More Than The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu-bacacay, Albay Now Invites Bids For The Construction Of Perimeter Fence/project No. 2024-022. Completion Of The Works Is Required Two Hundred Ten (210) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders From July 29- August 15, 2024, At The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Office And From The Given Address Below And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Under The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Ten Thousand Pesos (₽10,000.00).
