All Envelopes Shall Be Properly Labeled And Provided With Ear Tags/index Tabs For Every Document Submitted In The Bid Documents. (non-compliance Means Outright Disqualification Of Prospective Bidder/s) 2. All Other Requirements Shall Be Referred To The Instruction To Bidders (section Ii Of The Bidding Documents); I.e.
