The required prior work experience for the bidder includes an average annual financial turnover of at least Rs. 1,50,00,000/- during the last 3 years, and a solvency certificate of value not less than Rs. 1,00,00,000/- from a Nationalized/Scheduled Bank. The bidder must have completed one plant of similar type (grid interactive rooftop solar photovoltaic system) of capacity not less than 25 KW peak. Additionally, the bidder must have experience of having successfully completed similar work during last 7 years, with specific options including: - Three similar works having work order capacity not less than 400 KW each - Two similar works having work order capacity not less than 500 KW each - One similar work completed having work order capacity not less than 800 KW. The experience should include Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Grid Tied solar rooftop System Along with All Accessories and Remote Monitoring System With at least 1 Years Comprehensive O and M. The bidder must have experience of installation of cumulative rooftop capacity of 800 KWp in last seven financial years. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder is required to provide details of works of similar type and magnitude carried out during the last 7 years. The bidder must also submit the guaranteed annual performance ratio based on the design proposed, with a minimum Performance Ratio of 78%.
