The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar works, specifically SITC of Street Lighting Poles and High mast System with related Electrical and Mechanical Works. The bidder should have completed works of similar magnitude, with a minimum average annual turnover of at least Rs.90.00 Lac during the last three financial years. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least the tender amount. The required prior work experience includes completion of similar works with a minimum value of Rs. 2.00 Crores. Specifically, the bidder should have completed at least one of the following: * One similar work order completed with a cost of not less than Rs. 2.40 Cr (80% of the tender value) * Two similar work orders completed with a cost of not less than Rs. 1.50 Cr (50% of the tender value) * Three similar work orders completed with a cost of not less than Rs. 1.20 Cr (40% of the tender value) These works should have been completed within the last seven years. The bidder should also submit a work order, work completion certificate, or work performance certificate from the competent authority of the end-user. The bidder should submit a Solvency Certificate from a Nationalized/Scheduled Bank of an amount of at least 20% of the Estimated Cost of the Tender, which is Rs. 60.00 Lac, and 20% of Rs. 2.00 Crores. The minimum average annual turnover of at least Rs.90.00 Lac during the last three financial years is 30% of the tender amount of Rs. 3.00 Crores, and 45% of the tender amount of Rs. 2.00 Crores. The bid capacity will be evaluated as: Bid capacity = 2AN – B, where A is the maximum turnover annually during the last 3 years, N is the completion period, and B is the value of work of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next one year. The tenderer should submit details of major contracts executed during the last three years, including the price of the biggest job carried out, along with a certificate from the owner in support of successful completion of the work. The bidder should have experience of similar works, with a minimum "A" class certificate of registration. The tenderer should also submit a completion/performance certificate from the owner/Issuing Authorities/Head of Department, with specific mention that the work is completed in time and satisfactorily.
