The Ministry Of Social Services And Development-barmm Through The Government Appropriations Act Of The Bangsamoro (gaab) 2023 And 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Ten Million One Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (php 10,140,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Various Eccd Learning Materials And Outdoor Facilities For Child Development Centers (cdcs). The Abc Is Broken Down As Follows: Lot No. Name Of Project Abc 1 Supply And Delivery Of Early Childhood Care And Development (eccd) Learning Materials Under Gaab 2023 Php 2,000,000.00 2 Supply And Delivery Of Various Outdoor Playground Facilities Under Gaab 2023 Php 3,000,000.00 3 Supply And Delivery Of Early Childhood Care And Development (eccd) Learning Materials Under Gaab 2024 Php 2,300,000.00 4 Supply And Delivery Of Various Outdoor Playground Facilities Under Gaab 2024 Php 2,840,000.00 Total Php 10,140,000.00 Award Of Contract Shall Be Made On A Per Lot Basis. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Ministry Of Social Services And Development-barmm, Through The Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids For The Goods And Services Contemplated In This Project And As Detailed In The Schedule Of Requirements And The Table Of Technical Specifications Indicated In The Bidding Documents. Prospective Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years Immediately Preceding The Deadline For The Submission Of Bids, Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) Similar To The Contract To Be Bid And The Value Of Which, Adjusted, If Necessary, By The Bidder To Current Prices Using The Philippine Statistics Authority (psa) Consumer Price Index, Must Be At Least Twenty-five Percent (25%) Of The Abc To Be Bid.
