Quotations Received More Than The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Opening Of Price Quotations. 2. The Mgb-car-bac Now Requests For Quotation (rfq) For The Calibration Of Laboratory Instruments For Mgb-car At The Mgb-car Office Address 80 Diego Silang St., Baguio City. The Contractor Must Provide Their Bir Certificate Of Registration, Philgeps Registration Number, Income/business Tax Return And Omnibus Sworn Statement Together With The Rfq. 3. The Procurement Of Contractor For The Calibration Of Laboratory Instruments For Mgb-car Will Be Conducted Based On Section 53.9. Small Value Procurement Of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (rirr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. 4. The Submission Of Rfq Is Open To All Interested Contractors, Whether Local Or Foreign, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The Rirr Of Ra 9184. 5.
