The Denr-mines And Geosciences Bureau Regional Office No. Viii (denr-mgb Ro8), Through The Fy 2024 General Appropriation Act Intends To Apply The Amount Of Three Million Four Hundred Two Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-eight And Sixteen Hundredths Pesos (php 3,402,998.16) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Of The “information And Communications Technology (ict) Equipment”. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Denr-mgb Ro8 Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Completion Is Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184.
