Description The Mindanao Development Authority, Through The Fy2023 General Appropriation Act-continuing Appropriation (ra11936) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos Only (php199,900.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Mrn2024-110. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Mindanao Development Authority Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 30 Calendar Days From The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2-years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders).
