Description As Part Of The Continuing Implementation Of Its Watershed Enhancement Initiatives In The Lpo Watershed, The Metropolitan Waterworks And Sewerage System Corporate Office (mwss-co) Intends To Reforest, Through The Community-based Approach, A Total Of 100 Hectares And Covering The Forest Areas Encompassing The Province Of Bulacan. Additionally, To Ensure The Survival Of The Seedlings Planted In Cy 2023 Encompassing 100 Hectares Also Within The Lpo Watershed, Maintenance And Protection Shall Be Undertaken. The Engagement Of A Site-based Group (i.e., People's Organizations) For The Reforestation And Maintenance Of This Critical Watershed Shall Be Implemented To Bring Positive Social Outcomes With The Lpo Watershed Stakeholders As The Main Beneficiaries. The Mwss-co Hereinafter Referred To As The “the Procuring Entity” Now Request You To Submit Price Quotation For The Procurement Of The Abovementioned Project, As Specified In The Terms Of Reference (tor) Provided In Annex “a” As Attached. The Quotation Should Be Expressed In Peso Per Lot For Services Covering The Scope Of Works For Survey, Mapping And Planning, Site Preparation/planting And Development, Maintenance And Protection, Inspection, Monitoring And Reporting, Validation, And Necessary Tools And Equipment For One (1) Year And Per Seedling For The Supply Of A Required Number Of Planting Materials And Per Kilogram For Fertilizer. The Mode/ Method Of Procurement Shall Be In Accordance With Section 53.12 - Community Participation Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations Of Republic Act No. 9184.
