Description The Metropolitan Waterworks And Sewerage System-corporate Office (mwss-co) Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Will Undertake The Procurement For Renewal Of Twelve (12) Meraki Enterprise Licenses (3-years Subscription) For Mwss-co’s Existing Wireless Access Points (wap). The Mwss-co Hereinafter Referred To As The “the Procuring Entity” Now Request You To Submit Price Quotation For The Procurement Of The Abovementioned Project, As Specified In The Terms Of Reference (tor) Provided In Annex “a” As Attached. The Mode/method Of Procurement Shall Be In Accordance With Section 53.9-small Value Procurement Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations Of Republic Act No. 9184. All Items Listed In The Specifications As Stated In The Tor Must Be Complied On A Pass/fail Basis. Failure To Meet Any Of The Requirements May Result To The Rejection Of The Quotation. The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) In Philippine Currency Amounting To Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 600,000.00) Is Inclusive Of Twelve Percent (12%) Vat. Quotations Submitted Higher Than The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected. The Award Shall Be Given To The Lowest/single Calculated Responsive Quotation As Evaluated And Determined By The Bac. Quotations Must Be Delivered At The Address Below Not Later Than 24 June 2024 (until 4:00pm) (philippine Standard Time). Online Submissions Shall Be Rejected. Personally Submit Your Documents In A Properly Sealed Envelope To The Address Below. Submissions Beyond The Deadline Of 4:00 Pm On 24 June 2024, Shall Be Automatically Rejected. The Mwss-co Reserves The Right To Accept Or Reject Any Quotation, And To Annul The Bidding/shopping Process Or Reject All Quotations At Any Time Prior To Contract Award, Without Thereby Incurring Any Liability To The Affected Bidder/bidders. The Mwss-co Reserves The Right To Waive Minor Deviations/defects Or Infirmities Therein. A Minor Deviation/defect Or Infirmity Is One That Does Not Materially Affect The Overall Performance And Functionally Of The Equipment And The Capability Of The Supplier To Perform The Contract. The Prospective Supplier Shall Submit The Following: Quotation Form (see Annex B) Mayor’s/business Permit Proof Of Philgeps Registration Income/business Tax Return (latest Calendar Year) Duly Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (see Annex C), And If Applicable, Together With Special Power Of Attorney (see Annex D) Or Secretary’s Certificate (see Annex E). Technical Brochure For Each Item In The Proposal. Non-submission Of Technical Brochure Shall Be Ground For Non-compliance. The Prospective Suppliers Are Also Encouraged To: Include A Table Of Contents Summarizing All The Documents Included In Their Respective Submission Of Quotations.
