Description Republic Of The Philippines Office Of The President Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (pangasiwaan Sa Pagpapaunlad Ng Kalakhang Maynila) Iso 9001 : 2015 Certified Invitation To Bid Supply And Delivery Of Automotive Diesel Fuel To Be Used In The Operation For Mobile And Stationary Of Various Flood Control Equipment Ib-2025-002-goods-fcsmo 1. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, In Accordance With Sections 7.5 And 7.6 Of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (rirr), Allowing Early Procurement Activities (epa), Intends To Apply The Sum Of Pesos: Eleven Million One Hundred Sixty Thousand (php 11,160,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Automotive Diesel Fuel To Be Used In The Operation For Mobile And Stationary Of Various Flood Control Equipment. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. No Award Of Contract Shall Be Made Until The Approval And Effectivity Of The General Appropriations Act (gaa). 2. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (mmda) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years (cy’s 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 And 2024) From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
