Description Invitation To Bid The Mactan-cebu International Airport Authority (mciaa), Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Invites Interested Bidders To Participate In The Bidding Of The Herein Described Project As Follows: Name Of Contract One (1) Lot- Procurement Of Lease Of Flight Inspection System And Aircraft For Flight Check Of Mciaa Navigational Aids And Flight Validation Of Flight Procedures Location Mciaa, Lapu-lapu City Brief Description Regular Inspection And Calibration Of Navigational Aids And Validation Of New Ils Flight Procedures Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Php7,655,200.00 Contract Duration Thirty (30) Calendar Days Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criteria As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (revised Irr) Of Republic Act No. 9184 (ra 9184). Prospective Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Similar Project As Defined In The Bds And A Value Of At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc, And Meet The Other Minimum Eligibility Requirements Stated In The Instructions To Bidders (itb). Bidding Is Restricted To Sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines.
