The Light Rail Transit Authority (lrta), Through The Corporate Operating Budget (cob) Of Cy 2025, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Seven Hundred Eighty Eight Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Eight Pesos (₱1,788,358.00) Only, Inclusive Of All Duties, Taxes, And/or Other Charges, Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Afore-mentioned Contract. Continuous Supply Of Purified Drinking Waters; Line 2 Depot: 33,234 Gallons Line 2 Revenue Line: 12,777 Gallons Line 1 Depot/pasay: 2,323 Gallons 2. Additional Requirements A. The Supplier Shall Provide For Lrta Use A Minimum Of One Hundred Ten (110) Units Brand New Water Dispensers With Hot & Cold Features And A Minimum Of One Thousand Two Hundred (1,200) Pcs. Brand New Gallons With Minimum Of 18 Liters Capacity Polyethylene Terephthalate (pet) Round Bottles (provide Proof Of Purchase For The Brand New Hot & Cold-water Dispensers And Gallons With A Minimum Of 18 Liters Capacity Pet Round Bottles Upon Delivery). Fifty Nine (59) Units For Line 2 Depot; Forty Two (42) Units For Line 2 Revenue Line And Seven (7) Units For Line 1 Depot / Pasay City; Provision For Two (2) Rotational Spare Of Hot & Cold-water Dispensers. B. Mandatory Once A Month Cleaning Of Hot & Cold-water Dispensers; C. The Supplier Shall Deliver The Goods On A Weekly Basis At Lrta Line 2 Depot, Pasig City, Lrta Line 1 Depot Administration Building, Pasay City And Revenue Line 2 (santolan, Betty Go And J. Ruiz Stations); D. The Supplier Shall Furnish The Lrta Of A Certified True Copy For The Monthly Microbiological And Physio-chemical Water Test Results Or Certificate On Water Sample Conducted By The Department Of Health (doh) Or Its Accredited Agency; E. Purified Drinking Water Must Undergo The Twelve (12) Stages Of Purification.
