Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Ilocos Norte Municipality Of Piddig Supply And Delivery Of Construction Supplies And Materials For The Various Projects Of Barangay 21, Sta. Maria Piddig Ilocos Norte 1. The Barangay Government Of Sta. Maria, Through The Barangay Development Fund Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Nine Hundred Forty (p/ 320, 940.00) Pesos Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For 10869970. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Government Of Sta. Maria Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Supply And Delivery Of Construction Supplies And Materials For The Various Projects Of The Barangay Is Required By Upon Approval Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 10 Delivery Days From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. Prospective Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Barangay Government Of Sta. Maria And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During 8:00- 5:00 Pm On May 20, 2024, 2024- May 27, 2024. 5. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On 8:00- 5:00 Pm On May 20, 2024- May 27, 2024 From The Given Address. The Procuring Entity Shall Allow The Bidder To Present Its Proof Of Payment Of Five Hundred (p/500.00) For The Fees. 7.
