The Barangay Government Of Abucay, Through The Barangay Development Fund Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Eighty Two Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy (p/ 482,870.00) Pesos Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For 10938514. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Government Of Abucay Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Supply And Delivery Of Construction Supplies And Materials For The Various Projects Of The Barangay Is Required By Upon Approval Bidders Should Have Completed, Materials Shall Be Delivered Within 10 Delivery Days From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
