To establish and invest in a project (combined or individual commercial warehouses) on plot No. 2

To establish and invest in a project (commercial warehouses, combined or separate) on plot No. 1, with a total area of 1650 m2, located within the car repair area, opposite Ghandour Restaurant.

Establishing and operating a project (restaurant - café - cafeteria) on plot No. 3 on the southern corniche with a total area of 200 m2, in accordance with the specifications book approved by Resolution No. 271 dated 7/10/2024 and the attached plans.
