Site Location It Shall Be Delivered At The City Of Koronadal Water District Admin Building, Blk.1 Casa Subd., Brgy Zone Iii, Koronadal City South Cotabato Conditions A. The Supplier Must Provide The Labor And Materials Needed For The Job. B. The Materials That To Be Incorporated To Work Shall Be Of Approved And Standard Quality Based On The Specifications Provided C. The Supplier Shall Deliver The Items Within One Hundred Twenty Calendar Days (120) Days After Signing Of Contract/ Purchase Order (po). D. The Supplier Can Make Partial Delivery Of The Finished Items Subject For Inspection And Acceptance By The Committee Set By The Procuring Entity. E. Inclusion Of Three (3) Months Warranty On Labor Only For All Repairs. F. Payment Shall Be Done After All The Items Are Supplied And Delivered. G. Bid Price Must Be Inclusive Of All Charges. H.
