Contract notice: Project extension of functional wing 1 l: Delivery, Assembly and subsequent maintenance of 3 angiegraphy systems and accessories The provision of services should include the delivery, assembly and subsequent maintenance (full maintenance for at least 8 years) of 3 angiegraphy systems as part of the medical equipment of building 1L. The following systems are to be procured: - Angiography system 20 "HYBRID-OP (Title 01 of the specification sheet); - Angiography system 12 "EPU (title 02 of the specification of services); - Angiography system 12 "CARD (title 03 of the specification of services) The type and scope of the services result from the specification of services. The Special Contractual Conditions (BVB) are part of the service specifications and the Additional Contractual Conditions (ZVB) are attached (Annex 07). The contract is to be awarded on December 2nd, 2020. The delivery and assembly of the angiography systems must then take place from week 02 to week 15 in 2021. The final acceptance of the devices should take place in week 20-21 in 2021 and commissioning at the latest in week 26 in 2021. In addition to the purchase of the 3 new devices, full maintenance of these devices should take place for a period of 8 years from the handover of the functional devices (final acceptance). In this context, the bidders should submit a binding offer which will be fully included in the price evaluation. The details with regard to the maintenance contracts to be concluded result from the specification of services and the ZVB. The purchase of the 3 new angiography systems is tied to the condition that the winning contractor purchases the 2 old devices (angiography systems) previously in use at a minimum price, excluding any warranty, and expands and collects them accordingly from the client. The minimum prices for old devices are set as follows: - Philips (0.4001 old angiography system 1): minimum price of 100,000.00 EUR (net); - Siemens (0.4002 old angiography system 2): minimum price of 10,000.00 EUR (net). The respective prices for the old devices are to be indicated by the bidders in the specification of services (Title 04 "Buyback of existing angiography systems"). The technical data of the old devices have been summarized in Appendix 13. If an inspection of the old devices is desired, please contact us via the procurement portal. The old devices must be professionally dismantled and picked up in the period from week 31 to 35 in 2021. Adjustments to dates will be communicated to the contractor at short notice and may not be at the expense of the client.
