The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Site Engineer (Civil Engineering Graduate) with a minimum of 3 years of experience. - Site Engineer (Civil Engineering Diploma holder) with a minimum of 2 years of experience. - Supervisor (Mechanical) (Mechanical Engineering Diploma holder) with a minimum of 2 years of experience. For construction of specific plants, the required experience is: - Construction of Water Treatment Plant upto 5 MLD output capacity: Must have constructed a Water Treatment plant in the past with any technology for a minimum of 1 MLD output capacity. - Construction of Water Treatment Plant above 5 MLD output capacity: Must have constructed a Water Treatment Plant in the past with any technology for a minimum of 40% output capacity, subject to a maximum of 40MLD. - Construction of water treatment Plant with modern technology: a) Must have constructed a Water Treatment Plant in the past with any technology for a minimum of 40% output capacity, subject to a maximum of 40MLD. b) Must have constructed a Water Treatment Plant in the past with similar technology for a minimum of 10% output capacity of the proposed treatment plant. - Rehabilitation work of Water Treatment Plant: Must have constructed/rehabilitated Water Treatment Plant in the past with similar technology for a minimum of 25% output capacity. - O&M work of Water Treatment Plant: Must have constructed/rehabilitated/Operated & maintained Water Treatment Plant in the past with similar technology for a minimum of 25% output capacity. - Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant upto 5 MLD capacity: Must have constructed a Sewage Treatment Plant in the past with any technology for a minimum of 0.5 MLD capacity. - Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity above 5 MLD: Must have constructed a Sewage Treatment Plant in the past with any technology for a minimum of 10% capacity. The values and percentages mentioned include: - 1 MLD output capacity - 40% output capacity - 40MLD maximum output capacity - 10% output capacity - 25% output capacity - 0.5 MLD capacity - 10% capacity - 1000m length of laying - 300mm or higher sized pipes - 5 MLD output capacity - 5% annual escalation (simple interest) for the cost of works completed in previous years. For works with a total length of laying greater than 1000m, the bidder must have supplied and laid a total of 1000m of 300mm or higher sized pipes of any material in the past in a single work. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but a component costing less than 10% of the Tendered PAC requires no prior experience. The bidder's experience and capabilities in executing works similar to the work tendered are considered as part of the minimum eligibility criteria for pre-qualification. The bidder's past experiences are also one of the factors considered for pre-qualification. In terms of similar works completed, Bidder 2 has completed 70% of similar works with a value of 80, and 30% with a value of 84.62, resulting in an overall value of 81.39. Bidder 3 has completed 70% of similar works with a value of 70, and 30% with a value of 100, resulting in an overall value of 79.
