The goal of the procurement contract is to buy an ICT expert service, where the supplier acts as the client's project manager in the delivery project of the electronic business and customer service channel related to unemployment insurance. The Client is the Inhouse-it service company of the Unemployment Funds, so the Supplier is required to have experience of operating in a three-party model, where the Client's customers are the owners of the in-house company and the Client's subcontractors delivering the project.
