Description The Juvenile Justice And Welfare Council (jjwc), Through The Advocacy And Communication Division (acd), Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Twenty-five Thousand Pesos (php 125,000.00) As The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Chargeable Against The Jjwc 2024 Gaa Funds For The Hiring Of Service Provider (firm) For The Social Media Campaign Boosting And Verification. I. Rationale In Today’s Digital Age, Social Media, Especially Facebook, Has Become The Go-to Way For The Public To Connect With Government Agencies. According To Facebook’s Research, People Like Using Social Media To Engage With The Government Because It’s Easy, Saves Time, And Gives Direct Access To The Latest Information. Recognizing These Trends, The Juvenile Justice And Welfare Council (jjwc) And Region Juvenile Justice And Welfare Committees (rjjwcs) Have Been Actively Leveraging Social Media Platforms Since 2017 For Various Advocacy And Social Marketing Initiatives, Fostering Meaningful Connections With The Public. It’s Where The Jjwc Communicates, Launches Campaigns, And Shares Information About Our Programs. For The Past Two (2) Years, Jjwc Took A Strategic Step By Engaging A Service Provider For Social Media Campaign Boosting, Aiming To Amplify The Impact Of Its Content. This Move Resulted In More Visibility, Engagement, And Reach Among Its Audiences. As Of January 2024, The Jjcw Facebook Page Has A Total Of 18,026 Followers, Mostly Women (70.4%) And Men (29.6%). An Increase In Performance Metrics Was Observed In The 4th Quarter Of 2023 Compared To 2022, With An Estimated 100% Increase In Facebook Page Reach, Page Visits, And In New Likes. This Uptick Can Be Attributed To The Consistent Activity On The Page, Particularly During The Series Of Major Events Related To The Jjwc And Boosted Content. Among The Contents Boosted, The Juvenile Justice And Welfare Act (jjwc) Explainer Video Made A Significant Result, Reaching A Total Of 1,911,051 Individuals And Accumulating 1,998,525 Impressions, Along With 929 Reactions. The Bulk Of This Reach, Precisely 1,909,284, Was Attributed To Paid Promotion, While The Organic Reach Amounted To 3,678. Another Boosted Content Is The Video Showcasing The Bpa Agusan Del Norte Success Story, Achieving A Reach Of 1,880,537 From Paid Efforts And 3,063 From Organic Sources. Building Upon This Success, The Advocacy And Communication Division Recommends Once More Engaging A Service Provider For Social Media Campaign Boosting. This Strategic Move Aims To Further Magnify The Impact And Extend The Reach Of Jjwc’s Advocacy Initiatives. Further, To Solifify Our Online Identity And Signify The Legitimacy Of The Jjcw Facebook Page, We Propose Pursuing Facebook Verification, Which Involves Obtaining The Blue Verification Badge. It Will Not Only Enhance Our Page’s Credibility But Also Help Build Trust Among Our Followers. Verified Pages Are More Likely To Attract A Larger And More Engaged Audience Which Aligns With Our Goal Of Fostering Meaningful Connections With The Public. Ii. Purpose Engage A Service Provider To Collaborate With The Jjwc Social Media Team (smt) In Enhancing The Social Media Visibility Of The Jjwc Facebook Page, Particularly During Crucial Periods Or Scheduled Campaigns. Specifically, The Service Provider Will Be Responsible For Obtaining The Blue Verified Badge, Boosting And Advertising The Designated Content Or Posts Outlined In The Social Media Plan. The Advertisement Will Be Strategically Placed In The Feeds Of The Identified Target Audience For A Specified Duration. This Approach Aims To Guarantee That The Content, Meticulously Crafted By Our Team, Reached A Broader Audience Beyond Our Existing Followers. Iii. Qualifications Of Service Provider The Following Set Of Criteria Shall Be Observed In Selecting The Qualified Service Provider: Criteria Percentage • The Service Provider Has Previous Project/s With Government Agency/ies And/or Non-government Organizations Similar Or Related To The Advertising/boosting, And/or Provision Of Subscription For The Past Three (3) Years 35% • The Technical Proposal Must Include Boosting Of The Specified Number Of Contents/post Indicated By The End-user Or Whichever Is The Most Beneficial On The Part Of Jjwc 35% • The Financial Proposal Shall Not Exceed The Approved Budget For The Contract Of One Hundred Twenty-five Thousand Pesos (php 125,000.00) And Shall Be Deemed To Include The Cost Of All Taxes., Duties, Fees, Levies, And Other Charges Imposted Under Applicable Laws 15% • Submission Of At Least Two 92) Sample Works Related To The Project 15% Total 100% Passing: 85% Vii.
