The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Development, Creation, Production, And Recording Of Digital Three-dimensional Characters Representing Some Of America¿s Best-known Civil Rights Leaders. These Characters Will Be Used In A Variety Of Digital Exhibits Online, In The Nps App, And On Life-size Projection/reflection Displays In National Parks To Help America¿s Civil Rights History Come To Life In Ways That Are Relevant, Meaningful, And Engaging For Modern Audiences. Characters Must Portray A High Degree Of Life-like Features, Movements And Facial Gestures As Well As Historically Authentic Physical Characteristics Including Posture, Clothing, Size, Appearance, And Voice.
