Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Infanta (quezon) Water District (iqwd) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days After The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed.
