Description Invitation To Bid For Laboratory Equipment 1. The Industrial Technology Development Institute, Through “project 2: Materials For Application- Specific Technologies For 3d/4d Printing R&d (mast3r: Central Hub For Advanced Manufacturing R&d In The Philippines (champ)” Intends To Apply The Amount Of Three Million Pesos (php 3,000,000.00) Only Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment For The “supply, Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of One (1) Lot Ultra-fine Friction Grinder (supermasscolloider)”. 2. The Industrial Technology Development Institute (itdi) Now Invites Bids For The Above-mentioned Equipment. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
