Completed work values must be adjusted to current costs using a 7% annual simple interest rate from the completion date to the financial bid submission deadline. Completion certificates from an Executive Engineer or higher are required, specifying project cost and completion date. Similar work is defined as providing and fixing electrical installations for government departments or public sector undertakings.
